Resident Information
The Colony at Heron Bay is a 51 home development located in Parkland, Florida. Current maintenance fees are $500.00 per quarter due the first of January, April, July and October. Late fees of $25.00 are assessed on the 15th, and accounts will be referred to collections if not paid by the 30th.

Estoppel letters will be completed by the management company for a fee of $150.00. Rush estoppel letters are $200.00 (within 3 days).
Hazard insurance is provided through Kornreich Insurance, their phone number is 954-760-7699. Insurance certificates can be obtained by the homeowner through them. The association does not carry flood insurance.. TMG Management is not able to provide insurance certificates, you must get them directly from Kornreich.
